Intro: 

This machine is for multi-conductor cables. It can strip , crimp and insert housing. 

The main processes include manual wire putting, straightening, combing, cutting and stripping, combing and crimping, CCD detection of wires sequence, positioning of housing insertion, CCD detection of housing insertion, discharge of defective products and discharge of good products. High-performance servo motors are used to control the rotation of the chain and the movement of the terminal machine to achieve precise terminal punching and housing insertion.

1. The main processes include manual wire swing, straightening, wire combing, cutting and stripping, wire combing and end beating, CCD detection line sequence, positioning plug-in shell, CCD detection of plug-in shell in place, defective product discharge, and good product discharge.

2. High-performance servo motor is used to control the chain rotation and terminal machine movement to achieve accurate terminal punching and plastic shell insertion.

3. The standard terminal pressure detection device ensures the terminal crimping quality, the CCD color sequence detection ensures that the wire color is not inserted incorrectly, and the plug shell is in place.

4. Automatically separate good and defective products, discharge them at different workstations, and inspect them at multiple workstations to ensure quality.

5. The machine adopts chain drive and automatic operation. Each workstation works at the same time, with high efficiency and high speed.
