Intro:
This machine is for multi-conductor cables. It can strip , crimp and insert housing.
The main processes include manual wire putting, straightening, combing, cutting and stripping, combing and crimping, CCD detection of wires sequence, positioning of housing insertion, CCD detection of housing insertion, discharge of defective products and discharge of good products. High-performance servo motors are used to control the rotation of the chain and the movement of the terminal machine to achieve precise terminal punching and housing insertion.
