The vibration bowl is a feeding device that automatically directional sorts. The vibration bowl is mainly composed of a hopper, a chassis, a controller, a linear feeder and other matching components. There is a pulse electromagnet under the hopper of the vibration plate, which can make the hopper vibrate in the vertical direction. Due to the inclination of the spring sheet, the hopper makes a torsional pendulum vibration around its vertical axis. Due to this vibration, the parts in the hopper rise along the spiral track until they are sent to the discharge port.
